These Avatars are for the Forums4Fans messageboards primarily. The have a size of 45×45 and less that 5500 bytes, which
are the size requirements for F4F.
Just download them, and in the "Profile" under "Profile & Preferences" Upload them and choose "Custom" as Avatar.
You have to have 500 posts before you can have a custom avatar.
