I’m a newbie

I’m a newbie

I just found the FFAF meme a little while ago and thought I’d go out and hit a few sites. Your site skins are great.

Sorry for the short post, but the day is winding down!

I’ll be back. 🙂

Dreams

Dreams

Hello, it’s Moopy again! Despite having my own dream blog, I’m typing up part of the dream I had last night right here, since your site is called Silent Dreams, and the lovely lilacy New York layout reminds me of nice, relaxing dreamy things. 🙂

Right, this is just to illustrate how completely sad I am: Last night, I had a dream about fanlistings. Yes, that’s right. (Okay so there were parts of the dream about weird monsters, and of course, flesh-eating zombies, but there was a bit about fanlistings in there!). I’ve never had a fanlistings-related dream before, but in this one, it was about my recent approval to build a fanlisting for the poem “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock”, by TS Eliot (this is something that happened in real life, by the way!) However, in my dream, the Books category staffer (who was actually someone that doesn’t exist!) sent me loads of emails asking me to get in touch with her asap, as there had been a mix-up with the approvals, and some psychotic person was under the impression that she was the one that had been approved. Eep. I kept wanting to respond to the email, but I didn’t get a chance, and I was getting increasingly upset because this other girl was slowly building the fanlisting “live”, so you could see her progress. I was trying to get back to the staffer before the girl uploaded the final banner image to the fanlisting, but alack, I failed, and so lost the fanlisting. 🙁

I thought it was a very strange (but geeky!) dream! 😡

Uh Oh.

Uh Oh.

Shame on me, I should be doing school work right now, instead I’m doing this.

Let’s talk about books. I recently started reading a book called “Rules of Prey” by John Sandford. It’s pretty good so far, and I’m about done with it. If you like CSI/murder mystery type stories, you’d like it.

“The killer was mad but brilliant.
He left notes with every woman he killed. Rules of murder: Never have a motive. Never follow a discernible pattern. Never carry a weapon after it’s been used … So many rules to his sick, violent games of death.
But Lucas Davenport, the cop who’s out to get him, isn’t playing by the rules.”

;D It’s goood.. Okay I’m off now.

Is it Real?

Is it Real?

Sometimes when I open my eyes, eveything seems like a dream. I’m not sure if it’s all a figment of my imagination, or if I am really an active part of my immediate surroundings. My detachment is all too real, though, and it’s keen enough that I question the validity of everything else around me. Whatever the case, dream or not, it’s still real to me.

Moo

Hehe, hello Annablob! This is Bonnie, and I am silly. I don’t really know what to say but I have been wandering around spamming the blogs of strangers for the past hour or two. It’s really quite… liberating? Or is the word I’m looking for ‘strange’? I just ate a ham sandwich and drank a glass of milk. I’m lonely. 🙁

I’ve decided to use your Meg Ryan skin because it’s nice and light and cheerful. Meg is still one of my favourite actresses, although I’m not sure I like her so much as a person anymore, hmm. I feel mean for saying that!

My nose hurts. 🙁

Follow-up on the weather

Follow-up on the weather

I’m currently looking up nature disasters for a school project. Fun! *sarcasm* Other than that, I’ll be following up the previous post, and let you all know that the weather in Norway is quite likable today 🙂

The weather.

The weather.

If Anna doesn’t mind, I may spam her blog with my posts more than once today. Mwahaha. The first of my posts is about the weather, simply because I need to get ready to go out in it now (hence I’m in a bit of a rush, hehe!) and it’s completely icky and rainy-ish. Ew.

This oh-so-exciting post was brought to you by none other than me. Rah.

Hello

Hello

Yay, I am the first ffaf post today 😀

I just wanted to say I *love* your current banner…. I went to NYC on my 24th birthday, and it was heaven on earth!

I should be opening my blog in another 5 minutes or so…

Hope to see you there!
