After I’ve been fed up with Netrillium more than once I decided to act on it, and found a new host. Beachcomber is what I’ve found and chosen, ’cause I’ve heard nothing but good things about them. And so far I have to say I’m very happy with them. They set up my account in no time, and were very helpful.
And you know what? I changed the nameservers at Godaddy one hour ago, and they have already propagated!! Just amazing!!

I installed some plugins on my blog. Please check them out on the right side. There’s a plugin that displays the most recent comments that have been made by you guys. And I also added some statistics about my blog.
As I find more useful stuff, I will most certainly add it. 🙂
A question to the other WordPress users: Do you know whether the threaded comments hack works with version 1.2? I’ve tried to install it with 1.01, and that didn’t work, and now I’m wondering whether I should even try to install it again, since they made a few changes concerning the comment pages. 😕 Anyone know?
Oooh, forgot to mention another little plugin. Everyone who comments will be linked under the post. 🙂
And since I felt the need for a new wallpaper, I made a new Hugh Jackman one. You can see a little preview on the right side in my currently section. I’m not sure whether I will release it, yet. Maybe I’ll do it when I make a new one and take this one down? We’ll see.

Something else I just remembered…I removed the tagboard, since some people were abusing it and I got sick of having to delete entries. Not even writing in bold letters that the tagboard is not a chat didn’t help. Some people are obviously too stupid, or too rude even.
And hey, I have a very neglected Guestbook, so if anyone has anything to say, please use that. Or even my Q & A Section 🙂

I just upgraded WordPress to the most recent version. Was about time, since I was still using 1.01 and they’re up to 1.2 already. 😛
I also integrated a blogroll as you can see on the right side under “Loves”. You’ll now see the links that have been updated most recently. A big thanks goes to CodeGrrl.Com for writing up the tutorial on how to add this stuff! 🙂 I don’t know what I’d do without this website! *bows to the script goddesses*
And now I’m gonna check whether the ping from my blog works. Please cross your fingers that I did it right. 🙂

Oh man, I really should remember to write in here more! I feel bad about forgetting about this blog.
But then again, I write more in my LJ, ’cause there are some personal things that I don’t want everyone to be able to read. Especially since my real-life friends and family know about my website…
So what can I tell you?
My first week off work is almost over and it went by too fast, but that’s not surprising. Everything that’s fun goes by more quickly. *sighs*
I haven’t done all that much, really. I uploaded new pics at Van Helsing Online, made a new layout and new screencaps for Secret Obsession, a new layout and moodtheme (which took ages to make) for my LJ and I started converting my fanlistings to Angela’s awesome Fanlisting script Enth.
Ok, looking at the list right now, it wasn’t even that little that I did during the last week…
A reason for me to do that much is, that TFL.org has been down all week, because of our crappy webhosts who obviously have no clue about anything! We moved to a new host and are waiting for the DNS to resolve so we can see the site again.
It’s so amazing, we asked people to donate, ’cause the server is of course not for free, and we had to find a way to finance it, and guess what! We got so much money from people, it’s amazing, and as Abby said, it’s already enough to pay for the hosting, for the next 5 months! I’m glad we have so many generous supporters.
