My start into a new life is coming closer and closer. And it is starting to freak me out a bit. Last Saturday we went to IKEA and bought some general stuff I would need in my very own household and it was A LOT! All those things that you never think about when you use them. Luckily this was IKEA and everything we bought was like, insanely cheap (hopefully not in quality, too).
Next Saturday we’re driving up to the flat to measure some things, to get the keys, and to put some stuff there already.
Then it’s only a week left at my current job. June 19 will be my last day at the office. And while I’m so very grateful for having been able to learn my job there, I’m also very happy that this part of my life is over now. For various reasons it became very depressing lately.
On June 20 I have a last day at school, where we get our grade reports and exam results, I’m not sure whether I’m looking forward to that. While I had a good feeling about it right after the exams, this feeling now kinda faded away. Well, we’ll see what I get.
June 28 will be my final oral exam, and I really don’t know what to expect, absolutely no idea. Let’s hope it all goes well.

And the big move… will be on July 1st, which is a Saturday, luckily. So I can have people helping me out. 🙂 July 3rd I will start my new job, and that is actually what scares me the most. What if they notice that I don’t fit into their profile after all? What if they realize that I don’t know shit about anything? I know I’m exaggerating, but it still is very scary.

Today in a week my first two exams will be over, and I’m so nervous! I don’t know how I will ever survive these. Friday will be my Politics exam and German essay. On Monday I will have my accounting and my general economics exam and the worst will be on Tuesday, special economics. Please cross all finger and toes for me, that I will pass them!

I joined this photo-project Average Day where you take one picture per hour on special days, and the first was yesterday. So I took my pictures and just now uploaded them to my gallery here. Hope you enjoy them. 🙂

I will be leaving for China in a few hours, and right now I don’t really want to go. Yeah, I know you think I’m crazy. Going to China for free?! How could anyone not want to go?
Well, the reason is the situation described in my last post. I’m waiting for a reply to an e-mail I sent to that person, and it’s driving me insane. I don’t know how easily I will be able to access the internet over in China, since my laptop decided to stop working just in time.
I already miss him terribly right now, how will it be when I’m in China? And why did the crush happen in the first place? I wish I could snap my fingers and make it disappear. My hope was that it would go away without seeing him, but it’s actually the other way around. It’s getting even stronger. Help!

I’ve got a huge crush! But that’s all I’m going to say here, since he might read it.

I never wrote about the BSB concert, did I? Well, let me just say that it was AMAZING! We picked up Dennis at his hotel at around 2pm I think and drove over to the concert hall. Since we had some time left we just walked around the Cannstatter Wasen a bit (similar to the Munich Oktoberfest). At 4pm Biggi and me were supposed to be at the entrance for the Soundcheck Party. When a lady gave us our paper bracelets I got really nervous, felt like a crazed teenager. LOL!
We were in the first row a little off to the left side during the soundcheck. Brian standing right in front of us. Before they started I waved at him and he grinned and waved back! I could’ve died right then and there. The soundcheck alltogether was really great, I took tons of pictures, which you can all find here. I was able to sneak in my digital camera, one with huge zoom and very good quality pictures. I still can’t believe that I was able to get it past 3 bag checks!!
After the soundcheck we had some time left and I was really thirsty, so we went to the next gas station to get something to drink. Since we were lazy we found a place to sit down and sat there talking for almost two hours when the hall doors finally opened.
We had good sites off to the right side, close to the stage. The show was awesome! The opening act sucked, but yeah, I wasn’t there for them anyway. Rapsoul or whatever their name was…
It wouldn’t have been a real BSB concert if tons of girls hadn’t been pulled out, ’cause they sat around all day not eating anything. In that way times really didn’t change.
What else has happened lately? Last weekend I was in London for the Salon International. Just the same as last year. The travel agency I work at organizes trips to the fair and to make sure everything works alright, my boss and me go there too. I had surprisingly much time off, which was cool. Saturday night I saw “We Will Rock You” which was so great. The British audience is so much different from the German one. The lights went out and people already started screaming, singing and chanting. It was so fun. Especially the part where Galileo had to prove to Britney that he knows the text. When Galileo imitated Britney’s weird moves, a few girls had to laugh so hard they totally confused poor Galileo, he had to laugh too and took some time to regain his composure. The audience went crazy. ^_^
Other than that I also saw “Corpse Bride” which was awesome too! I didn’t feel like waiting for it to come to theatres here in Germany, I think we will actually get it in about a month. Ugh!
Am I the only one who wanted Victor to end up with Emily?
The last day in London was also my birthday, which was nice, since I had the whole day off until my flight. So I went shopping. Whee! 2 new pairs of shoes and 3 handbags (add 1 more that I already bought the day before!).
What’s coming up next? On November 10th I will fly to Turkey for a few days and on November 18th to Kunming in China for a little over a week. And I don’t have to py anything for that! 😀

Why? Because I hardly post here anymore. I guess it’s my LJs fault. I use that a lot more.
So what can I tell you?
My live is continuing to be quite boring, consists of work and school.
Work is quite hectic lately, due to the Salon International fair in London later this month. Lots of bookings this year. Don’t know where all these people are coming from and why they have so much money to spend on seminars, liveshows, etc. These tickets are EXPENSIVE!
My next highlight is actually coming up tomorrow. BSB will be playing in Stuttgart, and I actually won tickets to the soundcheck party. Weeeee! I’m so excited. I guess it won’t be a big deal, but I’m still excited. I’m so looking forward to the concert in general. It’s been 4 years since I’ve last seen them. That was in Denver, CO with Dennis. And he’ll be going to the Stuttgart concert too. Yay!
What else can I tell you guys? Two weeks ago I had my intermediate exam, it went ok, but I don’t think I’ll get my hoped for 80%. Well, I’ll see in about 4 weeks.
So yeah, that’s all I have to tell right now.

Yes, I’m gonna get my hair cut today. I’m really not sure what I want it to look like yet. Just know that it is going to be a lot shorter than it is right now. My long hair is starting to annoy me, and I have split ends. Also want to get more color too. So yeah, I will edit this post with pictures as soon as I’m back home tonight. Appointment is at 3:45 and I usually take ages at the hairdresser’s. No idea why. 😛
Tomorrow is the wedding, so I also have to go clothes shopping. I saw this beautiful dress in the catalogue of my favorite store, I hope they still have it.

ETA: I added the pictures under the cut. Very happy with how the haircut turned out. And I LOVE the color! Eep! Ignore the mess behind me.
